As a County Growth Coordinator, my mission is to foster the growth and development of Girl Guiding in our county. I’ll play a pivotal role in increasing membership, supporting leaders, and ensuring that every girl eager to start her Guiding journey has the opportunity to do so.Ill aim to do this by:
- Recruiting and supporting adult volunteers to strengthen existing units.
- Facilitate the opening of new units to accommodate girls on waiting lists.
- Provide guidance and training to empower our volunteer leaders.
- Smoothly transition girls through different Guiding sections.
- Collaborate with local schools and communities to promote Guiding.
- Utilise data insights to make informed decisions for growth.
- Celebrate achievements and inspire our Guiding community.

Contact me to find out more about being a Young Leader and get started with the Young Leader Development Programme. I offer support to both girls and leaders of units with young leaders. Division Commissioners can contact me to issue Young Leader Qualification certificates and badges.
