Bronach Hughes
My role is to support our volunteers in their many and various roles, whether through training, mentoring or advice on where to find specialist support or guidance, and generally ensuring they have everything they need to enjoy a safe, fun experience. We have a team of trainers in the county and can deliver local trainings such as 1st Response or walking/outdoor activities to supplement what Girlguiding UK and Girlguiding Scotland offer. We can only give girls an exciting experience in guiding if their leaders feel confident and are supported in their roles, so do get in touch if there is anything I can help with.
