About Catterburn Brownie House
We are currently unable to take bookings for the Brownie House. For any enquiries please email: catterburnbookings@girlguidingdunbartonshire.org.uk
The House accommodates and is equipped for a total of 32 people, comprising of 4 dormitories each with bunk beds to sleep 6, 1 Room with bunks for 2 and 3 rooms each with single beds. The building is wheelchair accessible.
The House can be used by all age groups ranging from Rainbows to Trefoil Guild.
Costs
Prices may vary – but will cost no more than £150 per night to hire.
Facilities
- Bathroom with 6 basins, 3 showers, 5 WC’s (which includes one for the disabled)
- Leaders bathroom with basin, WC and shower
- Drying room
- Living and dining area
- Kitchen with cooker, toaster/grill, fridge/freezer, electric urn, double sinks, crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils
- Electric panel heaters are in each room
- You must provide your own bedding (bottom sheet, sleeping bag, pillow and pillow case)
- You must also provide all first aid equipment, bags for refuse, tea towels and bath mats for showers
- Hand washing soap is supplied so does not need to be brought and dishwashing detergent is supplied
